Roosevelt Public Kitchen & BAr august 27th, 2014 / In today’s fast paced business world there are not a lot of opportunities to sit with female business leaders and share stories of success and the failures that lead to those successes. The Vault is a group of female business leaders that I am a part of. We meet once a month for dinner and from those dinners ideas are shared and born, much is created. For me, learning from my peers and getting support from my peers is how I grow. And what is talked about in The Vault stays in The Vault, it is a judgement free safe zone. I encourage you to start your own support systems within your workplace, your school, your neighborhood, invite a new guest every month that inspires you to share their story. You will be surprised at how few people do just that but how much you will learn!
